Remote [Part-Time] Virtual Accounting Specialist

We’re looking for a self-motivated, high energy Accounting Specialist that is eager to help small businesses manage their finances.

This is a Client-Facing position that involves Customer Service, Project Management, and Accounting Responsibilities. Accounting responsibilities include Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, and other financial services that we provide to our clients.

This is a remote, part-time position. There will be options to expand into a full-time position in the future. 

Pay: $18-25/hour based on experience

• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• 25-30 hours of availability per week between 8AM-5PM EST
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication. skills
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
• Must be decisive and work well under pressure
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal direction
